  • Manage document updates through formal change-control processes
  • Contribute to improving documentation standards, processes and best practices
  • Support usability testing of written content alongside our UX team
  • Work with our content management system and a range of content creation and editing tools

About You

We're looking for someone with a strong technical background and experience producing documentation for complex products within a regulated or quality-managed environment. You'll be passionate about creating high-quality documentation that supports both customers and compliance requirements.

Essential Experience

  • Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Life Sciences or a related technical discipline
  • 3+ years' experience writing technical documentation for scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, medical devices or other regulated products

  • Experience producing documentation that supports regulatory, quality and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
