Deliver D365 Finance enhancement projects across the full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare, documentation, and training. Advise Finance leadership and SMEs on R2R, O2C, P2P, budgeting, consolidation, credit and collections, payments, and rebate management. Work independently, meet deadlines, and provide functional leadership across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance transformation initiatives.

Lead and implement the Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) process across regions, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and business objectives while driving continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.

Coordinate and run post-market surveillance activities for IVD and RUO products. Monitor complaints for safety signals, lead investigations and health hazard assessments, triage and escalate reports, link findings to risk management, and improve PMS processes while reporting to senior regulatory affairs and educating stakeholders.
