Coordinate and run post-market surveillance activities for IVD and RUO products. Monitor complaints for safety signals, lead investigations and health hazard assessments, triage and escalate reports, link findings to risk management, and improve PMS processes while reporting to senior regulatory affairs and educating stakeholders.

Performs incoming inspections of materials, components, and assemblies using visual and dimensional measurement techniques. Records results, maintains traceability, identifies non-conformances, supports quality investigations, analyzes quality data, and assists production teams with quality issues. The role also contributes to continuous improvement, inspection procedure development, root cause analysis, and quality management activities while developing technical expertise in a manufacturing environment.

Lead and implement the Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) process across regions, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and business objectives while driving continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.
