Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies for niche technical roles.
Build and nurture talent pipelines through proactive engagement in tech communities.
Recruitment Process Management
Own end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialized technical positions.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
Data & Insights
Use analytics to optimize recruitment processes and report on key metrics.
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud, data, and emerging technologies.
Recruitment Expertise: Proven success in sourcing and closing senior technical talent.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
