Then you may be our new senior key account manager.
In the role as senior key account manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our customers while you process new ones. You will have Denmark as your main area and you have the freedom to be independent and plan your work. Great focus in the role will be on active new customer processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit existing and potential customers
- Nurture customer relationships and thereby actively strengthen our position in the market
- Provide support and service to our customers and resellers
- Document and update our sales support system
- Maintain a professional relationship with our customers and work actively with our sales strategies
- Participate actively in our business development and implement this with our customers
Qualifications
- Understand industrial paint and possesses a solid interest in our industry
- Understanding of painting and/or application techniques is important as you will meet experienced customers in the field
- As a person you are extremely independent, have self-discipline and thrive on your own responsibility
- You are structured in your way of working and understand the importance of planning your activities, as well as reporting the outcome of them
- Goal oriented, relationship building and customer focused are words that describes you
- You can deliver results by motivating and developing your customers through a professional, serious and honest attitude.
- You are good at building long term relationships and have the ability to communicate with many different types of people and customers.
