About the job
As an Inside Sales Engineer, you’ll support customers in the Energy Division, managing leads and delivering tailored solutions. Working with a Nordic sales team, you’ll ensure customer satisfaction through strong collaboration and technical expertise.
Key Tasks
With your ability to understand customers and their specific needs, your main tasks will include:
- Following established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services.
- Developing technical and value-based quotes reflecting customer needs, emphasizing unique selling points.
- Provide quotational support to colleagues in the sales team
- Providing direct support to customers during the quotation process with advanced technical support.
- Communicating technical knowledge to various clients.
What you know
You likely have a degree in engineering or a related field, with B2B sales experience as a plus. To succeed in this role, you bring:
- A sales-driven mindset and strong multitasking skills.
- An agile approach, acting quickly and accurately on customer needs.
- A digital-first mindset, open to new technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian).
