As a Project / Programme Planner, you will play a key role in creating, maintaining, and monitoring project and programme schedules. Working closely with Engineering Programme Managers and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure timely delivery by identifying dependencies, critical paths, and resource bottlenecks

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain project, workstream, and programme schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira
  • Support Programme Managers in identifying milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
  • Collaborate with functional leads to optimise resource allocation and avoid over-allocation
  • Document meeting minutes, actions, and decisions from programme reviews
  • Produce Gantt charts and other visual planning tools
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling processes

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in project or programme scheduling
  • Solid understanding of scheduling principles and methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira)
  • Experience working in global, technical engineering environments
  • Familiarity with Agile practices and engineering development lifecycles
  • Strong collaboration skills, adaptability, and flexibility to changing priorities
