We are looking for a skilled project manager to manage the full lifecycle delivery of our digital check-in and triage solution for NHS Emergency Departments and Urgent Treatment Centre to new customers. Candidates with an engineering background in any discipline are preferred.
Your Mission
- Lead on the successful mobilisation of our A&E solution within Emergency Departments and Urgent Treatment Centres across the UK
- Manage the full lifecycle delivery of the project, working with internal and external stakeholders across technical, operational and clinical work streams
- Work closely with customer implementation teams and engineering teams to manage the delivery of concurrent projects, engaging with our NHS customers and building strong relationships across the UK healthcare environment
- Work with our engineering and technical teams to deliver required integration solutions and ensure customers’ objectives are achieved
- Build maintain and communicate project delivery plans with key stakeholders
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations across multiple projects in parallel
- Project management of system wide transformation projects
- Data analysis and problem solving to enable rapid improvement during project delivery
From day one in this role, we’ll expect you to have
- Strong project management experience as evidenced by delivering several types of projects with multiple workstreams, with a broad set of stakeholders to manage and critical timelines achieved
- Strong client management experience and exceptional communication skills
- The ability to understand and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- A data driven approach to all the work that you do
- Confident, logical problem solving with the ability to come up with practical solutions with excellent attention to detail
- A sensitivity to the range of technical capabilities found at different client sites and ability to adapt your approach appropriately
It’s great, but not required, if you have
- An understanding of NHS networking requirements HSCN, FHIR and HL7
- Understanding and experience of working within healthcare and the NHS
- Technical background or extensive experience and understanding of technical project delivery in the NHS
- System implementation experience
