The summary above was generated by AI

Who you are:

  • You have a strong delivery management toolkit you can leverage to shape, plan and deliver projects and outcomes – the key fundamentals and experience of what works, what usually falls over, and where you add the most value

  • You have experience of embedding in, supporting and successfully delivering in complex, cross-functional delivery ecosystems

  • You have experience delivering technology and/or data & AI solutions in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment

  • You’re an effective translator and facilitator - fluent in business ambitionandtechnical execution, and are comfortable navigating people, process and technology challenges

  • You see patterns in complexity and can bring clarity and structure to move forward, and are comfortable operating interchangeably between ‘now’ and ‘next’ horizons

What you will do:

  • Be the key day-to-day, week-to-week delivery partner from Data & AI on a specific AI product(s) serving customers and/or colleagues

  • Translate outcomes and vision into a clear plan that you own and maintain, that teams can execute on and stakeholders can understand. Make progress and the journey visible through clear reporting and engagement mechanisms that leaders and teams trust

  • Keep delivery moving forward and evolving – proactively reshaping or reactively responding, removing blockers and dependencies, and tracking key risks to protect timelines and outcomes. Embed and maintain key discipline in ways of working – that purposefully evolve with key lessons learnt and pragmatic requirements of delivering in that specific space

  • Deliver on key project outcomes, but more importantly measurable business impact

  • Build bridges between stakeholders and teams, and proactively navigate competing priorities and ways of working opportunities

What you need to know about the London Tech Scene

London isn't just a hub for established businesses; it's also a nursery for innovation. Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
