What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology programmes and initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes against agreed scope, timelines and quality measures.

  • Shape delivery plans from approved business requirements and establish effective governance, reporting and delivery rhythms.

  • Coordinate work across multiple teams, suppliers and partners, managing dependencies and maintaining alignment throughout delivery.

  • Manage risks, issues, assumptions and changes, providing clear recommendations and timely escalation where needed.

  • Champion stakeholder communication, implementation planning, operational readiness and continuous improvement through lessons learned.

 

Who you are

 

  • You bring experience delivering complex technology programmes or projects within cross-functional environments.

  • Comfortable working with Architecture, Engineering, Product and Business teams to deliver shared outcomes.

  • Experienced in programme planning, governance, dependency management and balancing business priorities with delivery commitments.

  • Able to manage suppliers, implementation partners and third-party vendors while navigating risks, issues and change effectively.

  • Strong communicator with stakeholder management skills and an understanding of technology delivery, systems integration and Agile or hybrid ways of working.
