Who We Are

adMarketplace is the largest global marketplace for Native Search advertising. For over 25 years, we’ve connected brands with consumers at the moment they express commercial intent beyond legacy search engines.
Today, our Native Search solutions are exclusively integrated across next-generation platforms where discovery happens, including web browsers, Buy Now Pay Later apps, and AI chat surfaces. Powered by vector search technology, our platform delivers relevant text and product ads that match consumers with the brands, products, and offers they’re actively seeking.
Our award-winning culture is grounded in the principles of Curiosity, Collaboration, Creative Conflict, Commitment, and Competitiveness – our 5Cs. These values drive us to turn complexity into clarity and create measurable value for consumers, advertisers, and publishers alike.

The Role

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager II to serve as the Voice of the Publisher at adMarketplace. You will own the product surface area that our Supply team and publisher partners touch every day, including coverage, pricing, yield, rules-based logic, integration and API support, experimentation tooling, and SSP and DSP capabilities. This is a technical, hands-on role with direct impact on revenue.

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the product owner for publisher-facing capabilities, translating partner requirements from Supply, Finance, Pricing, and Business Development into clear specs and shipped features

  • Own the roadmap for coverage expansion, pricing controls, yield optimization, and rules-based inventory monetization logic

  • Drive product requirements for integration and API support across SSP and DSP tooling, including partner onboarding, troubleshooting, and Supply team tooling

  • Own the execution layer of the experimentation platform for supply-side changes, ensuring experiments are scoped, instrumented, and reviewed for causal lift

  • Write technical specs, build lightweight prototypes, and sketch working examples to accelerate engineering and partner conversations

  • Use agentic workflows and vibe coding to reduce cycle time between publisher requests and testable prototypes

  • Translate publisher economics and contractual constraints into product behavior

  • Turn ambiguous, cross-team problems into sequenced plans with clear owners, metrics, and decision points

Basic Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in ad tech, personalization, or large-scale media companies as a product manager, engineer, or data scientist

  • Ability to read code, navigate API contracts, query databases, and reason about data pipelines and rules engines

  • Hands-on experience with vibe coding, prototyping, and agentic workflows

  • Working knowledge of SSP and DSP mechanics, including auction dynamics, coverage and fill, floor pricing, and yield tradeoffs

  • Ability to manage a roadmap against competing priorities from multiple stakeholders

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to turn complex partner requests into buildable specs

  • Bias for action in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience owning or building supply-side products, yield management tooling, or rules and pricing engines

  • Background in publisher integrations, SDK work, or programmatic plumbing (tags, prebid, server-side integrations, API versioning)

  • Experience with experimentation platforms, offline evaluation, and online A/B testing at scale

  • Prior engineering or data science background with a shift into product

Compensation: $130,000 - $165,000 + Bonus + Equity
