Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for OT cloud applications, aligned with services and Automation & Control (A&C) strategy.
- Own the cloud infrastructure and platform strategy, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity, availability, scalability, and data sovereignty.
- Develop and maintain a multi-generational product plan for cloud applications and enabling services.
- Ensure alignment with applicable industry standards, trade compliance requirements, and data privacy regulations (e.g., EU GDPR).
- Define and track KPIs related to platform performance, reliability, adoption, and customer value.
Product Development and Delivery
- Define clear product requirements, use cases, and specifications in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure solutions are delivered to agreed scope, quality, and timelines.
- Collaborate with the Asset Performance Management (APM) Application Product Manager to ensure end‑to‑end solution coherence and a unified customer experience.
- Lead UI/UX improvements by defining expectations and requirements, supported by competitive analysis and market insight.
- Ensure solutions comply with relevant IT and OT regulations, standards, and cybersecurity requirements.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to capture voice of customer and inform roadmap prioritization.
- Support sales and marketing teams by providing technical product input into positioning, pricing models, and go‑to‑market activities for external-facing solutions.
- Commercialising cloud-based services to enable long term service agreements and increase SaaS revenue.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and contribution to product documentation.
Qualifications and Skills
Required
- Experience in product management for industrial, OT, or cloud-based technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures, cloud security and service-oriented platforms.
- High attention to UI/UX quality with strong customer empathy and the ability to articulate what constitutes a high-quality user experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
Desired
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience with AI/ML platforms or infrastructure.
- Knowledge of edge computing, fog computing, cloud integration, and hybrid deployment models.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with OT cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443, NIST SP 800 series, NERC CIP, and the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
