The Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing hardware installation and ensuring compliance with the M365/UC backend architecture, as well as presenting technical designs to stakeholders.

- Lead for hosting and security; ensures Cisco hardware installation aligns with the new backend architecture.
Requirements
- MANDATORY: Microsoft 365 / Teams
Expertise in Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) architecture and deployment
Configuration of Teams Admin Centre (MTR profiles, OBTP, firmware, UI settings)
Experience with Hybrid Exchange for meeting room resource accounts & calendar sync - MANDATORY: Architecture & Delivery Leadership
Lead hardware installation ensuring alignment with backend M365/UC architecture
Present technical designs to Architectural Review Boards (ARB) - PREFFERED IF: Unified Communications / Cisco
Familiarity with Cisco RoomOS and converting Cisco devices to native MTR mode, Cisco Room Kits, Bars, Navigators, Door Tablets
Ability to use Cisco Control Hub for telemetry & hardware monitoring (light use) - PREFERRED IF: Identity / Directory
Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID for device and room identity in an MTO environment (excluding IA-specific conditional access work)
