Role Overview
As a Technical Content Writer, you will drive our content plan and be responsible for creating, managing, and publishing high-quality content that speaks to our technical audience. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and experts to gather insights and shape content that’s both informative and compelling. This role will challenge you to bring a fresh perspective while ensuring technical accuracy and relevance to our target audience.
Key Responsibilities 
Content Strategy: Lead and manage a content plan that delivers impactful, consistent, and technically accurate pieces.
Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct interviews and briefings with key stakeholders, including tech team members, product leaders, and external experts.
Content Production: Create a minimum of one long-form article and two short-form pieces per month. Collaborate to refine the content plan and ensure it aligns with company goals.
Content Creation: Write and edit various content types (blogs, long-form articles, case studies) that reflect a deep technical understanding while maintaining an engaging and informative tone.
Publication & Distribution: Publish content directly on HubSpot and ensure it aligns with our branding and SEO strategies.
Visual Collaboration: Partner with our Product Designer to create visuals that support and enhance the written content.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong technical background, with the ability to write accurately about complex subjects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to reaching out to stakeholders, asking insightful questions, and following up on feedback.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS content creation.
  • Proficiency with CMS tools, specifically HubSpot. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated interest in technology trends, particularly with a focus on companies like GAFA (Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon).
  • Background as a technology journalist, especially with experience at publications like Wired or similar.
