Für unseren Standort in Elsendorf suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Teamkoordinator Lagerlogistik (m|w|d)

Deine Aufgaben:

Koordination des innerbetrieblichen Transports, insbesondere der Staplerfahrer.
Erster Ansprechpartner für die Mitarbeiter der Schicht
Einschulung neuer Mitarbeiter im Zuständigkeitsbereich
Einbringen von Einsparungspotentialen– KVP
Einhalten der Sicherheitsbestimmungen und Überwachen des Arbeitsschutzes
Materialverfügbarkeit – Engpassaufzeichnung
Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten
Unterstützung des Schichtleiters bei:
- Kleinen Projekten / Übernahme von Teilprojekten
- Betreuung von externen Dienstleistern / Lieferanten
- Personaleinsatzplanung
- Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Tätigkeitsbereich 5S-Methoden
Schaffung & Aufrechterhaltung der Ablauforganisation und regelmäßige Selbstkontrolle der Prozesszielsetzungen

Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen:

Berufsausbildung zum Fachlagerist (m/w/d), Meister (m/w/d)
Fachspezifische Erfahrung von ca. 1 Jahr
Gültiger Staplerschein
Kenntnisse der im Unternehmen verwendeten Softwaretools wie MS Office, Outlook und SAP
