Team Leader

Salary: £13.15ph or £16.67ph if you hold an HGV class 2 licence plus a team leader allowance of £3,569.54 per year and Veolia benefits and pension

Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week. 7.8 hours a day, 5:30 am to 14:18pm.

Location: Brent, HA0 1ES

What you'll be doing;

• Complete daily checks on vehicles, barrows and other equipment.

• If qualified, drive a HGV truck and assist with loading and sweeping activities.

• Ensure staff are completing their allocated tasks and duties in a timely and efficient manner to maximise productivity.

• Maintain and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Report any vehicle, plant or equipment defects are reported to the line manager.

• Ensure staff are dressed appropriately, in line with Health and Safety.

What we're looking for;

• Supervisory/management experience.

• Cat C (Class 2) licence is preferred.

• Experience in the waste industry is desirable.

• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

• Must be flexible in both hours of work and attitude as the job demands.
