This position is based in Munich or Berlin with 3 days per week in-office.

We are hiring a Team Lead, Solution Sales Management who has strong experience in leading and developing SaaS sales teams and wants to join a high-growth environment. In this new role, you will be leading and developing a best in class sales team, driving sales expansion across existing customers in our core market Germany as well as Austria and Switzerland. Your team will focus on cross-selling our native app solutions to existing customers - all with a focus on our products' values. Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Leadership: You lead, develop and recruit a high performing team (up to 8 Solution Sales Managers) and ensure they are set up successfully to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Coaching: You have a strong focus on providing regular feedback on sales calls and coaching on prospecting, objection handling, negotiation and other sales skills. You enable your team to create and close a strong pipeline through regular pipe reviews.
  • Target Achievement: Together with your team, you continuously achieve set goals on a monthly and quarterly basis, including a quarterly accelerator if the goals are exceeded.
  • Strategy: You develop a cross-sell strategy with a focus on driving incremental revenue and execute it with your team to achieve company-wide business goals. Run data-driven analyses and own your weekly forecasting.
  • Collaboration: You collaborate with fellow sales leaders and work cross-functionally, especially Account and Customer Success Management but also Product and Marketing teams.


Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager with expansion targets in B2B and at least 2 years of people management - developing and sales coaching of teams.
  • Experience in a B2B software sales, SaaS, cloud or technology sales team.
  • Operating an accurate forecasting and have a proven history of (over)achieving set goals on time.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Account Management, Marketing or Product.
  • Experience with models such as MEDDICC, Challenger Sales or SPIN selling as well as experience working with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong and groove
  • Asolutions oriented growth mindset, seeking to work in a fast paced environment and are not afraid to change course if needed.
  • You communicate confidently, clearly and transparently and fluently in German and English
