Job Description

This role is perfect for a Junior PA or Team Assistant eager to grow with a well-known media agency. You’ll gain valuable experience, working closely with an established and trusted EA, supporting senior leaders, and be part of a supportive, friendly team. What Will I Be Doing?


  • Diary & Meeting Management: Organize meetings, briefings, and events while balancing competing priorities.
  • Expense & Travel Coordination: Handle online expense claims and travel arrangements, including visa applications if needed.
  • Team Support: Provide holiday cover for the CEO’s EA and assist other PAs when required.
  • Event Planning: Oversee social events for the team and collaborate on larger agency events.
  • General Admin Support: Assist with ad hoc tasks like booking meeting rooms, ordering catering, and greeting guests.
