Manage corporate tax compliance and advisory work for complex clients, including tax planning, business and property transactions, HMRC enquiries, technical research, financial analysis, and report writing. Provide technical support to accountants and help train junior team members. The role requires ATT or CTA qualification, at least three years’ post-qualification experience, and strong corporation tax expertise, with knowledge of income tax, capital gains tax, and preferably VAT.

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will be fully immersed with our experienced Tax team to provide great advice to clients. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding.

- Work closely with our Tax Partners, adding value to the exceptional work we deliver to a varied portfolio of our larger and more complex compliance clients
- Deliver tax advisory work to business owners, including tax planning, advising on the acquisition and disposal of businesses and properties, comprising report writing, financial analysis and technical research
- Deal with HMRC enquiries
- Provide a technical resource to our network of accountants, whether this is by phone or email support service
- Support with the management, training and development of junior team members

Hungry for a new challenge, you will:
- Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment

- Be ATT/CTA qualified, with ideally at least 3 years PQE gained in Tax practice
- Have solid experience of advising OMBs on a range of tax issues primarily focusing on corporation tax but with knowledge of the income and capital gains tax issues relevant to business owners
- Have some exposure to VAT issues (an advantage, but not a necessity)
- Enjoy finding solutions to problems and really love tax
- Have a proactive attitude, whether a task is complicated or simple, big or small
- Be confident in working to achieve great things alongside the rest of the team
