At Kyra, we’re leading the future of creator marketing—where data, creativity, technology and AI converge to empower creators and drive business impact for the world’s most ambitious brands. Kyra is a full-service, AI-powered, global influencer marketing agency, helping global enterprise brands like H&M, L’Oreal and Amazon connect authentically with audiences through culturally resonant content. With $15M in Series A funding, our flagship proprietary tech platform, Kyra Platform, facilitates our team to deliver this at scale, driving strategic impact with guaranteed performance.

We’re looking for a Talent Partner to join our People team and help us attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent across Kyra.

You’ll sit at the intersection of recruitment strategy, and candidate experience – supporting hiring managers, crafting smart processes, and ensuring every hire strengthens our culture.

This role is ideal for someone who’s organised, people-savvy, tech-literate, and loves the challenge of finding brilliant humans in competitive markets.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle hiring for roles across creative, campaign, tech, and commercial teams

• Own the candidate experience from first outreach to offer

• Partner with hiring managers to define briefs, screening criteria, and interview structures

• Use Ashby (our ATS) to build, track, and optimise hiring pipelines – creating templates, reports, and automations that make the process seamless

• Write job descriptions that feel human, inclusive, and true to the Kyra tone

• Run smart searches across LinkedIn, communities, and social platforms

• Deliver weekly updates and insights on hiring progress, diversity, and time-to-hire

• Support with employer branding content and internal talent communications

• Help embed structured interview processes and scorecards aligned to Kyra’s Growth Mindset, Product Thinking, Smart & Self-Aware, Adaptable & Resilient, and Collaborative Excellence dimensions

What You’ll Bring

• 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house, creative or tech environment preferred)

• Proven experience using Ashby ATS – comfortable with automations, pipelines, and reporting tools

• Strong written communication and storytelling ability

• A proactive, organised, detail-driven approach – you’re the person who makes things move

• Curiosity about people, teams, and how culture scales

• Comfort with autonomy – you’ll own your roles end-to-end, with the support of our CPO and hiring leads

Why Kyra

You’ll join a company that’s scaling fast, but still small enough for your ideas to matter.

You’ll be part of a People team that values clarity, creativity, and care – and you’ll play a key role in building the future of Kyra’s culture.
