You must be based in or around London, and prepared to spend up to 3-days in the office each week.
Requirements
Significant experience hiring engineering talent of the highest standards, ideally in AI-product environments.
Familiar with the challenges of building new teams as an early Recruiter.
Capable Business Partner who can work independently with stakeholders to drive velocity.
Opinionated about the use of AI in hiring, leaning in where necessary to boost productivity and support velocity.
Data driven and analytically minded communicator.
Comfortable operating effectively nascent environments.
Conscientious, hardworking and driven.
