Join our Talent Operations team as a Talent Operations Executive and play a key role in delivering exceptional talent engagement, influencer partnerships and operational excellence across high-profile campaigns and brand initiatives.

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Operations Executive to join our Communications team and act as the central point of contact for digital talent activation across the business.

It plays a critical role in supporting and optimising talent strategies across all divisions, ensuring that activations are data-led, measurable, and commercially effective.

Working cross-functionally with PR & Talent Executives across divisions (e.g. Fashion, Beauty), alongside Marketing and Digital teams including Paid Media, Affiliates, and SEO, you will bring a quantitative lens to talent performance, enabling smarter decision-making and stronger ROI.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the central internal contact for digital talent activations across all divisions
  • Own and manage all talent reporting and performance analysis, using internal and external tools.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Paid Media, Affiliates, SEO and broader Digital teams
  • Build and maintain robust trackers, reporting tools and campaign calendars
  • Identify tools, innovations and best-in-class measurement approaches

This role requires flexibility across weekend, early morning & evening photoshoots, as required by the business.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.

About You

You are a highly organised, analytical and proactive individual with a strong interest in data, digital performance, and the evolving talent landscape.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing priorities
  • Bring strong experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication across teams
  • Have excellent analytical, communication, coordination, and planning skills
  • Possess a solid understanding of PR channels, influencer marketing, and social media, within a performance-driven context
  • Be available for weekend, early morning & evening photoshoots, as required by the business
