Areas of focus:
- Project management/coordination for evolution of existing and launch of new Talent & Learning technology initiatives.
- Support on Talent& Learning solutions testing, roadmapping and stakeholder communication activities.
- Project support for additional outsourcing of application management activities to 3rd party provider.
- Documentation of current and future-state processes related to Talent and Learning technology to facilitate a consistent user experience and high data quality.
- Contribution to knowledge management including maintaining and indexing knowledge bases.
- Develop and maintain training content and user guides.
- Support the implementation of change management strategies to facilitate adoption of new tools and processes.
- Gather and analyse feedback from end users to inform continuous improvement.
