Role Overview:
We are seeking a Talent & Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Program Manager to lead our talent review processes, deliver impactful workshops, and foster a culture of continuous learning, equity, and inclusivity. This role will report to the Senior Director of Talent Development. You will work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and external vendors to design and implement talent management and DEI initiatives that support our organizational goals and commitment to diversity.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Review:
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to oversee and coordinate the annual and ongoing talent review processes with a focus on equity and inclusivity.
- Analyze talent data to identify trends, particularly those affecting underrepresented groups, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Workshops:
- Design and deliver DEI-focused training programs for leaders, fostering a more
inclusive and equitable workplace culture.
- Provide coaching and guidance to HRBPs and leaders on implementing effective
talent development strategies that promote diversity and inclusion.


Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors to coordinate DEI development programs, ensuring alignment with our inclusivity goals.
- Evaluate vendor performance with an emphasis on their ability to deliver impactful DEI initiatives, and provide recommendations for future partnerships.


Learning Tools:
- Promote the use of various learning tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Learning across the organization to support continuous learning and development, as well as to strive for a standardized learning experience for all employees.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement with diverse learning
resources, ensuring they are inclusive, accessible, and tailored to meet the needs of all employees.


Career Development:

- Design and develop toolkits and templates that support talent management, DEI, and leadership development to enhance diversity and inclusion across all levels of the organization.


Skills & Qualifications:


- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in talent management and DEI within a global
organization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with HR systems, a variety of learning tools and platforms, and data analysis, particularly in evaluating DEI metrics.
- Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; multilingual abilities (e.g., French) are a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative with strong relationship-building abilities, and a deep commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in vendor management is essential.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Strong understanding of diverse cultures and a commitment to promoting equity and inclusivity in the workplace.
