Department Overview
We are currently offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our vibrant and dynamic team at Motorola Solutions. This position is a part of the EMEA and APAC Talent Acquisition Organisation supporting hiring efforts across a diverse range of nearly 50 locations. The role is based in the Cambridge and will require you to work onsite 4-5 days per week. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Leader UK & Ireland.
Job Description

Your role will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Setting up and executing recruitment strategies

  • Being the first point of contact for the business area/line managers

  • Managing the full life cycle of recruitment activities such as direct sourcing, consulting, negotiations, and on-boarding

  • Working proactively with HRBPs and business managers to understand recruitment needs and to formulate recruitment plans

  • Researching innovative recruitment strategies and developing creative solutions to generate high-quality CVs

  • Providing subject matter expertise to hiring communities around the total end-to-end staffing solution and market conditions

  • Coaching line managers on recruitment policies including selection process and interviewing techniques

  • Managing branding activities to increase MSI brand awareness locally and within the EMEA region.


Basic Requirements

Your role will include, but not be limited to the following:

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in-house recruitment.

  • ‎Excellent communication skills‎

  • ‎Ability to work independently and efficiently‎

  • ‎Fluent English

  • ‎Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

  • ‎Passive candidate sourcing experience
