As our European operations continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and organised Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and support recruitment activities across the region.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across a variety of functions and locations within Europe. Working closely with hiring managers and the wider Global Talent Acquisition team, you will drive attraction, sourcing and selection activities while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including role briefing, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and provide expert guidance on selection processes, interviewing and market trends.
  • Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, talent mapping and other direct sourcing methods.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, including maintaining and developing Flexjet's social media presence across Europe.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and compliance documentation within HR and Applicant Tracking Systems, ensuring adherence to GDPR requirements.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and market insights to identify opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness and candidate attraction.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role, managing end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Strong direct sourcing capability, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching and talent mapping techniques.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willing to undertake occasional travel within the UK and Europe.
