Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing global financial services organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across a range of business functions. Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring exceptional candidate experience and supporting the organization’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing and coordinating the following duties and tasks:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through to offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, engage, and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct candidate screening and competency-based interviews.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring business roles.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Manage offer processes, including compensation discussions, approvals, and negotiations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment legislation.
  • Contribute to recruitment process improvements and talent acquisition projects.
  • Support hiring across various financial services functions, including Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, Finance, Compliance, Risk, Corporate Services, and Operations.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' Talent Acquisition experience within the Financial Services industry.
  •  Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
  • Experience recruiting for professional and specialist financial services roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
