The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting, we want you to own it! To be successful in the role, you will have an extensive technical background gained in an SAP or similar environment and have a proven track record in sourcing the best talent for a variety of technical positions.

Responsibilities:
- Work with hiring managers across the globe to clarify and understand requirements.
- Source candidates using a variety of head-hunting methods including search engines and social media.
- Coordinate and conduct phone interviews and organize in-person interviews with hiring managers.
- Coach hiring managers on interview techniques and best practice ensuring they are all confident in interviewing and the legal framework surrounding interviewing.
- Use the UltiPro Recruiting platform for record keeping on candidates and in line with the local and GDPR policies.
- Coordinate and conduct phone interviews and organize in-person interviews with hiring managers.
- Initiate candidate drug screens, background, reference and related checks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Education Preferred Bachelors or better. Experience Required Experience in recruiting professional candidates - SAP preferred Knowledge of software/application development, project management, consulting, SAP modules, cloud technologies and other related technologies. Excellent oral and written communication skills Must possess an assertive, outgoing personality. Knowledge of EMEA markets. Ability to maintain confidentiality, remain open to others’ ideas and exhibit willingness to try new things. Ability to manage priorities and workflow, use time efficiently and operate under immense pressure. Ability to work with a variety of different personalities. Must be open to changing requirements frequently. Acute attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook. Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. Preferred Knowledge in other areas of HR a plus.Top Skills
