This newly created Talent Acquisition Manager position will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process for Director and Senior Director level roles in all business units and corporate functions across Europe and the Americas. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working within a complex global, matrixed organization. This role will partner closely with the business to provide strategic and operational leadership in the areas of sourcing, attracting, recruiting, and hiring world class talent.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies for leadership positions across the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and external recruitment agencies.
  • Utilize internal and external talent insights to identify and understand market trends.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Experience of recruiting a broad range of positions at senior level (Director and above).
  • International recruitment experience, specifically covering Europe and the Americas.
  • Extensive experience of direct sourcing, market mapping and talent nurturing, with evidence of using creative sourcing techniques beyond LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Experience of partnering and consulting with senior stakeholders at VP and ELT level, including evidence of positively influencing senior leaders in order to deliver successful results.
  • Extensive experience of using internal data and external talent insights to inform recruitment strategy development and understand recruiting performance.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry (medical devices, pharma, clinical research etc.).
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
