The Manager, Talent Acquisition will deliver the Talent Sourcing and Acquisition Strategy for critical talent pools regionally. In partnership with business and HR leaders, they will deliver the right talent, at the right time and in an efficient way.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • In partnership with corporate Talent Acquisition, develop and execute a regional talent acquisition strategy in compliance with country-specific laws and recruiting practices.
  • Responsible for the internal and external sourcing, assessing, selecting and partnering with the business to hire the best talent for their assigned talent pool.
  • Develops and employs modern sourcing strategies that deliver high calibre and diverse talent for current and future needs.
  • Effectively collaborates with HQ business partners in order to drive talent acquisition results.
  • Champion the needs of both the business and talent, while guiding a great candidate experience.
  • Creatively source hard to find talent through building relationships and using creative and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Collaborates across the Talent Acquisition team to support process improvements and sharing the best practices to meet the needs of recruiting.
  • Supports in the development of recruiting educational curriculum to support building the Talent Acquisition teams, hiring manager, and Business Partner capabilities as it relates to talent pipeline + interview assessment.
  • Continues to create innovative approaches in attracting talent through new ways of recruiting.
  • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s goals and policies.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

SKILLSET REQUIRED

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition/Sourcing role with success in sourcing passive candidates via exceptionally strong networking skills, candidate research and cold calling experience
  • Retail experience desired, but not essential
  • Expert with strategic use of LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems (Workday), and emerging recruiting tools (apps, checklists, etc.)
  • Collaboration & Influencing: builds and fosters product working relationships across the organization and constantly looks for ways to import and export best practices
  • Business Acumen: a student of the business and ensures Talent strategies and plans are focused on driving necessary business outcomes
  • Energy in endorsing the brands and the WWW employment brand
  • Authentic persona to quickly build trust and strong relationships internally and externally
  • Strong skills to influence, be decisive, and follow through
  • Proven skill in moving projects forward to completion or coaching team members to do so - line management responsibilities
  • Analysis and problem solving; ability to think conceptually and strategically while maintaining a sustainable, creative, speedy, results-driven approach based in data analytics and good sense

WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal office environment.  Some travel may be required.
