We’re looking for a proactive and detail oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who’s interested in building experience in recruitment and talent operations.
You’ll play a key role in supporting our hiring efforts across London, working closely with our hiring managers and People team in London and Australia. If you enjoy organisation, communication, and being at the heart of a fast-paced hiring environment, this role is for you.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting end to end recruitment coordination across various roles
- Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates based on role requirements
- Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
- Scheduling interviews and managing calendars across time zones
- Maintaining and updating candidate records in Lever (ATS)
- Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Assisting with recruitment reporting and admin tasks
- Partnering with hiring managers and the TA team to keep processes running efficiently
What you'll bring
- 1+ years experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support (internships included)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence speaking with candidates over the phone
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with an ATS (especially Lever) is a plus, but not essential
