How You'll Make an Impact
  • Orchestrate the Candidate Journey: You will masterfully coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple time zones, partnering directly with recruiters, candidates, and hiring leaders to ensure a seamless and efficient process.

  • Champion a World-Class Experience: From a friendly email to a perfectly planned interview day (virtual or in-person), you will ensure every candidate feels valued, informed, and set up for success.

  • Drive Recruiting Initiatives: You'll be a key player in supporting global hiring drives and other projects, helping the team achieve its ambitious goals and meet business needs.

  • Uphold Integrity: You will handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, maintaining the trust of candidates and internal teams alike.

What You'll Bring to the Team
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a fast-paced administrative, coordination, or Human Resources role where you've had to manage competing priorities.

  • Organizational Mastery: You have an outstanding ability to multitask and a sixth sense for organization. You thrive in a dynamic environment and can manage your time and workload effectively.

  • Relationship Building: You possess strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with people at all levels of an organization.

  • Tech-Savviness: You're comfortable with scheduling tools. Proficiency with Google Calendar and an ATS like Greenhouse is a huge plus!

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required. We value experience and skill just as much.

Why You'll Love Working With Us
  • Make a Real-World Impact: You're not just coordinating interviews; you're helping to build the team that is actively fighting to make the world a safer place.

  • Global Collaboration: You will be part of a truly global team, working with colleagues and candidates from around the world.
