Talent Acquisition Coordinator [Maternity Cover]

Working Pattern:
3 days from home, 2 days in office. 

We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join Sony Interactive Entertainment, the home of PlayStation. Based in London, this role is a key part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, supporting hiring across PlayStation Studios.

You’ll play a vital role in delivering a seamless, high-quality recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers in a creative, and international environment.

What You Will Do

As the successful candidate, we would look to you to: 

  • Lead end-to-end interview coordination for roles of all levels, across global time zones.

  • Schedule and manage virtual and in person interviews, including logistics and candidate travel as needed.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional experience throughout the interview process.

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

  • Maintain and champion data integrity in Greenhouse, our candidate ATS.

  • Identify and work with the Recruitment Operations Specialist to implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

  • Support Talent Acquisition projects, including internship hiring and process changes.

Who You Are

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have 1–3 years experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination, Recruiting Coordination, HR Coordination, or a related role.

  • Are highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Are proactive, adaptable, and confident working with diverse stakeholders across time zones.

  • Have experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Have prior experience supporting senior or executive-level interview coordination (preferred but not essential).
