Job Description

Talent Acquisition team is strategic to the company's overall success and continued growth. Our recruiting team is true business partner and is charged with finding, attracting, and hiring talents into all parts of IQ-EQ against a high bar for performance, potential, and culture-fit.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will make an impact by assisting in the efforts to find the right talent to support the needs of the business predominantly in France and across Continental Europe. You will work alongside the talent acquisition team throughout the entire life cycle of a recruit. You will utilize various platforms to connect with potential candidates, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates through the recruiting and onboarding process. You will provide administrative and logistics management support to the line managers as well as focus on providing the best candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • You hold a Bachelor/Master degree; preferred fields of study include: Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluent in French & English.
  • You have 2- 3 years’ experience as a Recruiter
  • Experience in conducting (competency-based) interviews
  • In-depth knowledge of talent sourcing through LinkedIn
  • You understand our business. It is preferable if you worked with a focus on positions such as legal, accounting
  • Professional demeanor to deal with candidates of all levels
