About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our HR team in Guildford. This role will support a period of business growth and recruitment activity across a diverse range of functions within the commercial property and real estate sector.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions, helping attract and secure exceptional talent across property management, building consultancy, property finance, and central support functions.

This is a fast-paced and highly collaborative role, ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously and is passionate about delivering a high-quality recruitment service.

Day to day, you’ll

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies and recruitment plans tailored to business requirements.
  • Manage vacancies through the Applicant Tracking System (Workable), ensuring a smooth and compliant recruitment process.
  • Complete initial CV screen activities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring an excellent experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Conduct interviews and assist with candidate assessment and selection.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and support management of the Preferred Supplier List (PSL).
  • Assist with graduate, apprenticeship and early careers recruitment initiatives.

You will need to be organised and have the ability to juggle multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously. We expect you to go the extra mile to understand trends and candidate expectations within our markets, delivering accurate information and advice to hiring managers.

You will be the first point of contact for candidates and be motivated to deliver the best possible service and candidate journey. This is a fast-paced environment so your ability to adapt to moving priorities and deadlines is essential. 

What we expect of you

  • Experience in a recruitment, talent acquisition, or resourcing role.
  • Previous experience recruiting within property, real estate, facilities management, surveying, construction, or professional services environments would be beneficial.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Workable.
