About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Administrator to support the recruitment process and ensure an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition team, you will provide administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting vacancies and coordinating interviews to maintaining accurate recruitment records and onboarding documentation.​

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering a professional and efficient recruitment service.​

This is a full time role, initially on a 12 month fixed term contract.

  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers,candidates, and external partners.​
  • Maintaining accuracy and confidentiality when handling candidate and employee information. ​
  • Demonstrating strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. ​
  • Taking ownership of tasks and consistently meeting deadlines. ​
  • Supporting continuous improvement in recruitment processes and administration​
Day to day, you’ll
  • Write and update accurate job descriptions, which clearly represents our values and culture.​
  • Create and post job advertisements on our applicant tracking system, sponsor across job board and post through our social media platforms​
  • Screen applications and coordinate candidate communications. ​
  • Manage recruitment inboxes and respond to candidate queries in a timely and professional manner. ​
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). ​
  • Prepare offer letters, and pre-employment documentation.​
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks, with our third-party provider​
  • ​Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, and company policies. ​
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. ​
  • Assist with recruitment projects and continuous improvement activities as required.​
  • Review and update recruitment policies and procedures.Ensure they are upload onto our internal intranet network. ​
  • Arrange interviews on behalf of the hiring managers.​
  • Assist with the talent attraction activities such as recruitment fairs and help coordinate assessment centres for our early careers intake. ​
  • Approve agency and supplier invoices. ​
  • Assist with screening CVs and conducting calls with candidates. ​

What we expect of you
  • Previous administrative experience in HR,Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. ​
  • Experience supporting high volume or multi-site recruitment campaigns is beneficial. ​
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks accurately. ​
  • Experience using Workable or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is desirable. ​
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. ​
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.​
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers. ​
  • Understanding of the recruitment process and employment legislation is advantageous.​
