We are looking for a Systems Lead with knowledge of Oracle, SFDC and Project Management certification
- Act as the business systems owner for Demantra and related tools supporting Budget and Investment processes, ensuring readiness, stability, and continuous improvement.
- Lead operational workflows across Sales Operations to drive efficiency, data consistency, and alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
- Serve as the bridge between Business and IT, translating functional requirements into system solutions and overseeing their successful delivery.
- Provide support, training, and guidance to ensure optimal adoption and performance of all key business systems (Demantra, Oracle, Salesforce.com).
Proactively identify, propose, and implement system enhancements that improve data quality, automation, and process effectiveness.
- Act as technical and functional lead for Demantra within the Business Unit, ensuring system reliability and alignment with operational goals.
- Partner with IT to plan, prioritize, and deliver system changes and enhancements through a structured release and change management process.
- Oversee the interfaces between Oracle, Demantra, Salesforce.com, and related tools, ensuring smooth data flow and issue resolution.
- Provide systems consultancy and governance, developing clear documentation, SOPs, and user training to support adoption and sustainability.
- Define and monitor short- and long-term system projects aligned with business targets.
- Support the Sales Operations Senior Manager in streamlining operational processes and driving continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot complex system or data issues, minimizing business disruption and coordinating root cause resolution.
- Lead training initiatives for key users, fostering business self-sufficiency in system utilization
- Ensure all system initiatives align with industry best practices, company standards, and compliance requirements
Essential:
- Strong experience with complex data architecture and cross-system integrations.
- Proven expertise in Oracle Database and understanding of relational data models.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce.com and its integration with back-end systems.
- Experience leading system or process improvement projects across multiple stakeholders.
- Project Management certification (PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data and technical insights into business impact.
- Financial and commercial acumen to interpret sales and investment data.
Desired:
- Experience with Oracle Demantra or similar planning/forecasting systems.
- Exposure to retail, distribution, or FMCG environments.
Working knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., OBIEE, Power BI) or data visualization platforms.
