This is a Monday to Friday role, working our PM Shift 14:00 - 22:30.

You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of our Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring data accuracy, resolving system issues, and helping our warehouse operation run efficiently and effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the administration and maintenance of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other operational systems.
- Maintain item master data and warehouse location records to ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor stock synchronisation across systems and identify discrepancies for investigation.
- Provide first-line support to warehouse users, resolving routine system and process queries.
- Log, track and escalate system issues to appropriate support teams.
- Produce regular operational and system reports, highlighting exceptions and errors.
- Assist with root cause investigations into system and process issues.
- Support testing and implementation of system upgrades, changes and new processes.
- Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on data quality, system performance and operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the wider operational team as required.
