Plans and coordinates daily and weekly distribution-centre workflows across inbound, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch. Releases work, balances capacity and labour, monitors productivity and backlog, identifies bottlenecks, coordinates equipment, and recommends real-time actions to maintain service levels and on-time dispatch. Works closely with operations, transport, and administration teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Build customer relationships, identify opportunities, grow profitable accounts, and become a product expert. Support branch operations when needed by serving the trade counter and picking and packing warehouse orders.

Build customer partnerships, identify and close new business, manage pricing and profitability, develop tailored value propositions, and promote multichannel adoption. Use market data to create strategic growth plans, collaborate with branch and cross-functional teams, ensure strong customer experience and implementation, and develop internal sales capabilities.
