Plans and coordinates daily and weekly distribution-centre workflows across inbound, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch. Releases work, balances capacity and labour, monitors productivity and backlog, identifies bottlenecks, coordinates equipment, and recommends real-time actions to maintain service levels and on-time dispatch. Works closely with operations, transport, and administration teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Plan and coordinate daily and weekly distribution-centre workflows across inbound, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch. Balance workload, labour, capacity, equipment, and service requirements; release work to operational teams; monitor bottlenecks and risks; recommend real-time actions; coordinate Operations, Administration, and Transport teams; and track productivity, backlog, workflow progress, and on-time dispatch.

Manage existing customer accounts, develop new business, and achieve branch sales targets through phone, email, and face-to-face customer service. Build customer relationships, identify opportunities, grow profitable accounts, and become a product expert. Support branch operations when needed by serving the trade counter and picking and packing warehouse orders.
