Money20/20 is the largest single brand in the Fintech Vertical; it’s a series of large-scale events covering the USA, Latin America, Europe, The Middle East and North Africa and Asia.

Job Description

Following an internal promotion of the current SVP we are now looking for another visionary, inspirational leader to drive the next wave of growth across this market leading portfolio. We need a customer-focused and driven leader who can lead 50+ sales professionals globally to deliver best in class customer and sales leadership resulting in industry leading growth. 

Key Responsibilities include:

Strategic Leadership

  • Spearhead global sales strategy across all fintech brands to deliver sustainable growth  
  • Lead the global standard for customer commercial relationships across the portfolio 
  • Serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, directly influencing overall business strategy and commercial direction  

Team Excellence  

  • Lead, inspire and continue to develop a world-class global sales organization, implementing standardized processes for coaching, performance management, and talent development  
  • Direct line management responsibility for all heads of sales across all brands   
  • Drive a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement across all sales teams  

Customer & Market Focus  

  • Serve as the senior face to key global accounts, building C-suite relationships with our audience
  • Articulate our value proposition with compelling clarity across all customer touchpoints, from video calls to face-to-face meetings  

Commercial Operations  

  • Implement and optimise sophisticated sales analytics and reporting systems that provide actionable insights on performance, pipeline, and market trends  
  • Partner with the team globally, to drive product innovation that meets evolving customer needs  
  • Develop a technology roadmap that equips sales teams with best-in-class tools to optimize performance and customer engagement  
  • Work with technology team to devise and implement sales enablement tools to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency across the sales organization including the best use cases of AI   
  • Work with data team to ensure revenue reporting is optimized to manage revenue   
  • Strong capability in revenue operations, customer success, CRM systems including Salesforce and using AI tools to optimise sales 

Cross-Functional Leadership  

  • Collaborate closely with marketing leadership to ensure integrated commercial strategies that maximize customer acquisition and retention  
  • Partner with product teams to ensure offerings remain competitively differentiated and value-driven  

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience with proven success scaling global revenue operations  
  • Demonstrated track record of leading high-performing teams across multiple international markets  
  • Experience with festival-style or premium events strongly preferred but not essential 
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic C-level relationships with global brands  
  • Data-driven approach to sales management with expertise in CRM optimization and sales analytics  
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and influence senior stakeholders  
  • Understanding of the fintech ecosystem, financial services landscape, and technology trends is preferred
