Sustainable Investment Business Analyst
Who we’re looking for
We're looking for a highly organised and analytically minded person to support the delivery of strategic sustainability initiatives across the business. 
This role supports the Sustainable Investment function by delivering operational excellence across its data and analytics, regulatory implementation, governance and strategic initiatives. Working with teams across Investment, Technology, Data, Operations, Legal and Compliance, you'll ensure key projects, processes, and reporting are delivered accurately and efficiently while helping improve the way the Sustainable Investment team operates.

We serve a diverse client base that includes pension schemes, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, high net worth individuals, family offices, as well as end clients through partnerships with distributors, financial advisers, and online platforms.

The base

We moved into our new HQ in the City of London in 2018. We’re close to our clients, in the heart of the UK’s financial centre and we have everything we need to work flexibly.
 

What you'll do


Data and Reporting

  • Improve data processes and controls; contribute to our data strategy.

  • Coordinate ongoing client and regulatory reporting.

  • Support regular data quality checks, investor and client queries and reconciliations. 


Operations and Regulations

  • Support implementation of new sustainability regulations.

  • Coordinate sustainability-related governance forums and meetings. 

  • Maintain process documentation and controls. 

  • Work on system and process improvements with multiple teams across the firm.


Project Delivery 

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders. 

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into practical solutions. 

  • Support strategic initiatives and other high-priority work as business needs evolve.


The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

  • At least 5 years of work experience

  • A keen eye for detail and strong project and stakeholder management skills

  • Decent data manipulation and handling skills

  • Experience in delivering projects with multiple stakeholder

  • An interest in sustainability, data and analytics, and operational excellence
