As the Support Manager at Körber Supply Chain Software, you will lead a high-performing support team responsible for delivering technical support and ensuring the operational success of systems and solutions. Reporting to the Support Director, your primary goal is to provide exceptional service while managing costs to optimize revenue and profitability.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Lead a team of skilled support agents, overseeing daily operations and ensuring effective incident, request, and problem management.
  • Implement ITIL-based best practices to drive process improvements and introduce automation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as response times and ticket resolution to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee service transition and manage Early Life Support to ensure full operational readiness.
  • Lead the development of documentation for knowledge transfer and ongoing training.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including ADM and pre-sales, to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

What you bring to the team:

  • Proven leadership experience in a support desk environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, applications, and best practices for IT security, infrastructure, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • ITIL certification and expertise in incident, change, and problem management.
  • Full driving license required for customer site visits.
  • Experience working in global, multicultural teams.
  • Strong vendor management skills, including SLA monitoring.
