What you'll be involved in:
Maintain and manage the integrity of MRP/ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates to support operational planning.
Oversee Manufacturing Order Management, including creation, tracking, prioritisation, and closure of production orders.
Manage material availability to ensure continuity of supply, minimising shortages and supporting production schedules.
Contribute to and support continuous improvement initiatives, including the development and implementation of new business processes.
Plan and coordinate material kitting activities, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of materials to meet production requirements.
Maintain accurate supply chain records and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and audit standards.
Provide regular operational updates, highlighting performance, risks, and key issues to relevant stakeholders.
Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate progress, align priorities, and support cross-functional collaboration.
Manage orderbook scheduling to ensure optimal production sequencing and on-time delivery performance.
Analyse data relating to labour, cost, milestones, and Percentage of Completion (POC), providing insights to support decision-making and performance improvement.
