What you'll be involved in:

  • Maintain and manage the integrity of MRP/ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates to support operational planning.

  • Oversee Manufacturing Order Management, including creation, tracking, prioritisation, and closure of production orders.

  • Manage material availability to ensure continuity of supply, minimising shortages and supporting production schedules.

  • Contribute to and support continuous improvement initiatives, including the development and implementation of new business processes.

  • Plan and coordinate material kitting activities, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of materials to meet production requirements.

  • Maintain accurate supply chain records and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and audit standards.

  • Provide regular operational updates, highlighting performance, risks, and key issues to relevant stakeholders.

  • Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate progress, align priorities, and support cross-functional collaboration.

  • Manage orderbook scheduling to ensure optimal production sequencing and on-time delivery performance.

  • Analyse data relating to labour, cost, milestones, and Percentage of Completion (POC), providing insights to support decision-making and performance improvement.
