About the Role
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a central role in helping clients achieve successful project outcomes through the delivery of tailored supply chain strategies. Working directly with senior client stakeholders, you will provide market insight, identify risks and opportunities, and translate complex data into actionable solutions that support decision-making.

Responsibilities:
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the delivery of supply chain appetite and capability assessments and supplier engagement exercises.
- Undertaking detailed supply chain analysis and translating findings into actionable strategies.
- Managing market engagement mechanisms including surveys, supplier consultations and workshops.
- Supporting supply chain management and procurement strategy development, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practice.
- Leading development of interactive supply chain dashboards and tools (Excel, Power BI) that provide actionable insights for clients.
- Guiding and mentoring junior team members, providing direction and feedback.
- Contributing to business development activities and supporting submissions and creation of business development material.
About You
- Degree qualified, with experience in supply chain, procurement, commercial management or related functions, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sector
- Strong experience in analysing supplier markets, risks and opportunities within the built environment.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build client and supplier relationships.
- Experience with data tools such as Power BI and Excel to inform supply chain decisions, develop interactive dashboards and provide management insights,
- Proven ability to manage time and deliver outputs across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrable interest in wider industry issues, construction markets and supply chain innovation.
- Ambitious and self-motivated, with the confidence to contribute ideas and challenge thinking constructively.
