You will lead a multi functional team in a fast paced business environment. As the Supply Chain Manager, you will embed supply chain excellence for an $18 billion turnover Fortune 500 organisiation.

You will report to the Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate the products to lines to understand opportunities to open capacity, improve service or reduced delivery to serve.

•Be the link between the full supply chain from Raw Materials, Production Plans, Packing and Transportation. Ensuring all other leads of the supply chain pillars are in agreement to deliver.

•Lead the monthly Supply review with partners and ensure focus on the right horizons and support decision and manage escalations to lead and improve the PPG Supply Chain.

•To ensure your Planning Leader is running and developing the weekly planning meeting,  ensuring focus  in the meetings that updates are given to support as PPG moves through different phases of the year to support customer demands.

•Support, monitor and drive reduction of stock at risk, ensuring that actions are followed through.

•Work with our commercial and site teams to improve transport and logistics, smooth cashflow, and reduce damage and overstocking on site.

Qualifications

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with experience in a senior leadership role. From an FMCG background or Aerospace experience.

•The ability to demonstrate experience of running multifunctional team in a fast-paced business environment, an FMCG background.

•Change management and experience of a complex business.
