Job Description:

Location - London Hybrid

Clearance - UK clearance required

We are seeking a strong strategic delivery and supplier relationship leader with deep commercial expertise to oversee the performance of a portfolio of partners supporting a flagship, multi-supplier BPO engagement for a key client. The BPO scope is HR, encompassing comprehensive hire-to-retire services. This role is accountable for orchestrating partner performance end to end, ensuring client outcomes, maximizing financial results, and strengthening long-term account value.

The position serves as the primary interface between partners, internal delivery leadership, and senior client stakeholders. Success is defined by sustained delivery excellence, margin optimization, risk mitigation, and measurable improvements in client satisfaction and partner effectiveness. Experience operating in complex, multi-vendor BPO environments is essential, and direct exposure to HR services delivery is highly advantageous.

Strategic Supplier Leadership

  • Build, govern, and evolve high‑impact partner relationships aligned to client business priorities and DXC strategic objectives.

  • Drive a performance‑led partner ecosystem that delivers predictable, scalable, and sustainable outcomes.

Delivery Governance & Client Outcomes

  • Ensure supplier/partner contractual obligations are met or exceeded through performance oversight and proactive issue resolution.

  • Act as a senior escalation point, for all things partner/supplier.

Commercial Growth & Value Creation

  • Identify and shape upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Client Partners.

  • Translate partner capability into account growth and competitive advantage.

Financial Performance & Margin Expansion

  • Own commercial performance across the partner landscape, including margin management, cost control, and financial forecasting.

  • Balance client value, partner viability, and DXC profitability.

Account Strategy & Risk Management

  • Contribute to account strategy, planning, and governance at an executive level.

  • Anticipate delivery, financial, and relationship risks; implement mitigation and retention strategies across the partner ecosystem.

Enterprise Collaboration & Leadership

  • Lead across delivery, commercial, and functional teams to ensure a cohesive, high‑quality client experience.

  • Influence in complex, matrixed environments.

Capabilities & Experience

  • Proven credibility with senior client stakeholders; able to influence with authority, insight, and judgment.

  • Strong commercial acumen with hands‑on experience in P&L ownership, margin optimisation, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Track record of leading large, complex, multi‑supplier accounts within BPO or adjacent service environments.

  • Advanced negotiation skills with understanding of supplier ecosystems and supply‑chain dynamics.

  • Analytical and insight‑driven, with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and systemic risks early.

  • Confident communicator and executive representative at client forums.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Demonstrated success in senior client‑facing delivery, account management, or client success leadership roles.

  • Eligible for security clearance.
