Senior advisory role to shape and lead enterprise application transformation engagements: qualify opportunities, define solution approaches, support presales, run discovery, produce transformation roadmaps, and create reusable assets to scale capability while working with sales, architecture and delivery teams.

Lead and manage infrastructure teams, design and execute infrastructure strategies, maintain performance, availability, and security of systems, resolve incidents, document infrastructure, and optimize resource allocation for projects.

Design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions for legacy-to-cloud modernisation, focusing on microservices, API-led architectures, integrations, and enterprise standards. Provide technical leadership, validate designs for security and performance, collaborate with stakeholders, develop roadmaps, and support delivery with prototypes and assurance to ensure scalable, cost-effective transformations.

Design, implement and govern enterprise-scale infrastructure platforms for defence and aerospace. Develop cloud and hybrid strategies, lead platform modernisation, virtualisation, containerisation and disaster recovery. Ensure MOD security, compliance and resilience; lead technical teams, architecture reviews, stakeholder engagement and operational readiness.

Design and lead enterprise-scale identity, access and data management architectures for defence/aerospace. Lead IDAM modernisation, platform selection, migrations, and ensure MOD compliance, DV-aligned security, PAM/RBAC/ABAC, SSO/federation, API security and operational readiness. Provide technical leadership, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Create and maintain integrated programme and project schedules, align milestones to contracts, monitor progress, manage baselines and change control, produce reporting and dashboards, run planning workshops, and identify/manage schedule risks and dependencies to improve delivery confidence.

Lead governance and continuous improvement of engineering lifecycle processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory, customer, and internal quality standards. Deploy, train, document, monitor KPIs and audits, support programmes with traceable, compliant practices, and act as central process governance contact.

Manage and deliver IT testing for projects (functional, performance, security, other non-functional). Define and support project test strategies, confirm testability, influence shift-left activities, act as testing SME, coordinate with consultants, suppliers, solution architects, and manage client and DXC project relationships.

Provide and maintain the Project Support Environment for the AMPA programme: system administration, user access, backups, monitoring, patching, licencing support, helpdesk, and environment performance/availability, following AMPA QMS processes. Weekend patching and occasional on-call duties required.

Lead development and management of strategic OEM alliances to drive partner-led revenue and solution adoption. Define partnership strategy, GTM plans, KPIs, and joint sales programs; manage executive relationships, contracts, enablement, reporting, escalation resolution, and a virtual extended team. Influence stakeholders, negotiate agreements, and mentor junior staff to scale partner-driven growth globally.

Lead and verify operational readiness for new or changed IT services. Run Operational Readiness Reviews, define OAT criteria, coordinate transitions, ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, support tooling, monitoring and recovery are in place, manage risks, report readiness to leadership, and drive continuous improvement aligned with ITIL practices.

Lead business development for DXC's insurance portfolio: originate and qualify pipeline, engage senior stakeholders, shape and close complex, high-value technology deals, collaborate with solution and delivery teams, and position AI-enabled and platform solutions to drive client transformation and expansion.

Serve as the primary client technical lead for infrastructure/managed services in a secure defence environment. Build executive relationships, drive operational excellence through automation and analytics, manage budgets and forecasting, lead cross-functional teams, resolve escalations, and support account growth and innovation.

Lead DXC's global cybersecurity alliance strategy by building executive partner relationships, driving joint go-to-market motions, accelerating partner-sourced pipeline, creating repeatable solutions with major vendors, and enabling internal teams through training and governance to deliver measurable revenue and client value.

Lead business development for Home Office and Central Government: build senior relationships, identify and qualify complex opportunities, drive sales lifecycle to contract, collaborate with solution and delivery teams, shape bids and negotiate commercial agreements, and grow accounts within public sector technology services.
