Lead business development for Home Office and Central Government: build senior relationships, identify and qualify complex opportunities, drive sales lifecycle to contract, collaborate with solution and delivery teams, shape bids and negotiate commercial agreements, and grow accounts within public sector technology services.

This role involves Windows integration, development, and support activities including OS installation, system updates, user support, and documentation writing.
