  • Source and onboard new supplier partners to strengthen our market offering.
  • Work closely with Sales, Commercial, Product and Finance teams to deliver growth opportunities.
  • Resolve significant commercial or supplier performance issues and drive improvements.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Experience in supplier management, partnerships, account management, business development, or a similar commercial role.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven commercial negotiation experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Experience using performance data to drive improvements and identify growth opportunities.
  • A proactive, results-focused approach with strong stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

  • Experience in Connectivity, Telecoms, Water, Technology, Utilities, or other B2B service sectors.
  • Knowledge of SME markets, comparison services, or indirect sales channels.
  • Experience managing multiple supplier relationships and leading commercial reviews.

What Success Looks Like

  • Strong supplier partnerships that deliver mutual growth.
  • Improved revenue, gross profit, conversion, and supplier performance.
  • More competitive pricing and stronger customer propositions.
  • Successful introduction of new suppliers and products.
  • Measurable commercial growth from existing and new partnerships.

Why Join Bionic?

You’ll have the opportunity to shape how Bionic works with its suppliers across several important product verticals, influence commercial strategy and develop partnerships that directly contribute to business growth.
